Natalie Gramins

Partner, Head of Capital Formation

Natalie (Carrington) Gramins graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.  She began her career at Lehman Brothers from 2001 to 2008, where she held roles on various teams within Investor Relations, the office of the Chief Financial Officer, and Securitized Product Sales.  When the firm was acquired by Barclays in 2008, she became a member of the Capital Markets Client Planning team.

From 2009 to 2011, Ms. Gramins worked at Nomura Securities International as Head of US Fixed Income Client Relationship Management where she identified opportunities to expand the client base.  In 2011, Ms. Gramins joined GoldenTree Asset Management. During her six-year tenure at GoldenTree, she was a Director within the Business Development team, where she sourced and developed new partnerships with prospective clients including endowments and foundations, family offices, outsourced-CIOs and private wealth platforms throughout the US. In 2017, Ms. Gramins joined Fiduciary Trust Company International as a Managing Director of Business Development.  

In 2020, Natalie had the opportunity to relocate to her home state of North Carolina and join TrueBridge Capital Partners.  Here, she was a Principal and Head of US Business Development, leading fundraising and client strategy.  Currently, as a Partner and Head of Capital Formation at Summit Peak, Ms. Gramins is responsible for managing all aspects of the firm's investor relationships and capital raising activities.  She is a member of Chief, 100 Women in Finance, All Raise, and is a frequent speaker at the UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School.
